The academic Claudio Alvarez seeks how to integrate ethical micro-insertions in engineering, business and medicine careers, supported by collaborative digital platforms such as EthicApp, in order to train professionals capable of making responsible decisions in real contexts.

The research includes the organization of international seminars, the publication of academic articles, the preparation of dissemination materials and the training of young researchers. Its purpose is to contribute to the renewal of institutions that are more inclusive, resilient and closer to citizens.

The research was developed by a multidisciplinary team from the School of Dentistry, researchers from the CIIB and physicians from the Biological Reproduction Program of the School of Medicine. Dentists and researchers from the University of Chile also participated.

In her presentation, the Director of Research and Doctoral Programs at Uandes highlighted how inter-university collaboration has strengthened trust and achieved measurable results in research, training and links with the environment.
