{"id":6642,"date":"2025-11-04T17:32:21","date_gmt":"2025-11-04T20:32:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/investiga.uandes.cl\/?p=6642"},"modified":"2025-12-03T09:40:09","modified_gmt":"2025-12-03T12:40:09","slug":"investigadores-se-adjudican-fondos-interuniversitarios-para-innovaciones-en-medicina-odontologia-y-educacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/investiga.uandes.cl\/es\/investigadores-se-adjudican-fondos-interuniversitarios-para-innovaciones-en-medicina-odontologia-y-educacion\/","title":{"rendered":"Investigadores se adjudican fondos interuniversitarios para innovaciones en medicina, odontolog\u00eda y educaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Con el objetivo de fomentar la participaci\u00f3n de j\u00f3venes investigadores en la postulaci\u00f3n y adjudicaci\u00f3n de fondos concursables para proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 la premiaci\u00f3n del III Concurso Interuniversitario de Iniciaci\u00f3n en Investigaci\u00f3n Asociativa, instancia organizada por la Red Interuniversitaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta tercera convocatoria, la Universidad de los Andes tuvo una participaci\u00f3n especialmente relevante, adjudic\u00e1ndose tres proyectos colaborativos, liderados por por los investigadores <a href=\"https:\/\/investigadores.uandes.cl\/es\/persons\/duniel-ricardo-ortu%C3%B1o-borroto\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Duniel Ortu\u00f1o<\/strong><\/a> (Facultad de Odontolog\u00eda), <a href=\"https:\/\/investigadores.uandes.cl\/es\/persons\/karin-alejandra-roa-tampe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Karin Roa<\/strong><\/a> (Facultad de Ciencias Sociales) y <a href=\"https:\/\/investigadores.uandes.cl\/es\/persons\/paula-correa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Paula Correa<\/strong><\/a> (Facultad de Medicina).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos fueron los proyectos ganadores:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/investigadores.uandes.cl\/es\/projects\/aprender-a-colaborar-en-la-formaci%C3%B3n-inicial-en-educaci%C3%B3n-parvula\">Aprender a colaborar en la formaci\u00f3n inicial en Educaci\u00f3n Parvularia<\/a>: hacia el diagn\u00f3stico y desarrollo de competencias de colaboraci\u00f3n basadas en el di\u00e1logo<\/em><\/strong>, realizado por Karin Roa Tampe, perteneciente a la Escuela de Educaci\u00f3n de la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan explica la acad\u00e9mica, para colaborar efectivamente con otros profesionales en los espacios de trabajo necesitamos <strong>competencias de colaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong>, las que no suelen desarrollarse durante la profesionalizaci\u00f3n inicial. Una habilidad clave, destaca Roa, dentro de esa competencia es el <strong>uso del di\u00e1logo para resolver problemas<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Este proyecto busca abordar esta tarea en la formaci\u00f3n inicial al proponer un sistema para diagnosticar y desarrollar repertorios socioling\u00fc\u00edsticos para participar de di\u00e1logos de resoluci\u00f3n de problemas colaborativos entre estudiantes de Educaci\u00f3n Parvularia de universidades chilenas&#8221;, detalla, agregando que &#8220;carecer de un <strong>repertorio socioling\u00fc\u00edstico adecuado para colaborar impide dialogar, pero tambi\u00e9n razonar y comprender las situaciones<\/strong>, aumentando la probabilidad de desembocar en conflicto, desencuentro y colaboraci\u00f3n frustrada o inefectiva. El proyecto busca desarrollar un sistema para el diagn\u00f3stico de esas capacidades, cuyos resultados se usen para dise\u00f1ar apoyos formativos espec\u00edficos en talleres breves durante el segundo a\u00f1o de carrera&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.uandes.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-64-1024x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-314993\" style=\"width:432px;height:auto\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Karin Roa.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/investigadores.uandes.cl\/en\/projects\/impacto-del-tratamiento-con-pr%C3%B3tesis-removibles-en-la-sintomatolo\"><em>Impacto del Tratamiento con Pr\u00f3tesis Removibles en la Sintomatolog\u00eda Depresiva de Pacientes con Edentulismo<\/em><\/a><\/strong>, desarrollado por Duniel Ortu\u00f1o Borroto de la Facultad de Odontolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan explica el investigador, <strong>la p\u00e9rdida de dientes no solo afecta la alimentaci\u00f3n o la sonrisa, tambi\u00e9n puede impactar profundamente la autoestima y el bienestar emocional.<\/strong> Al ofrecer una rehabilitaci\u00f3n dental que devuelva funcionalidad y est\u00e9tica, el proyecto busca mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas, favoreciendo tanto su salud bucal como su salud mental. En t\u00e9rminos pr\u00e1cticos, los resultados podr\u00edan ayudar a demostrar que <strong>un tratamiento odontol\u00f3gico accesible puede tambi\u00e9n ser una herramienta efectiva para prevenir o disminuir la depresi\u00f3n.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Este proyecto busca entender si recuperar los dientes mediante pr\u00f3tesis removibles impacta en mejorar el \u00e1nimo y reducir s\u00edntomas de depresi\u00f3n en personas que han perdido parcial o totalmente sus dientes. Para ello, <strong>se estudiar\u00e1 a 138 pacientes que recibir\u00e1n este tipo de tratamiento en las cl\u00ednicas docentes de la Universidad de los Andes y de la Universidad del Desarrollo<\/strong>, evaluando c\u00f3mo cambia su estado de \u00e1nimo antes y despu\u00e9s de usar la pr\u00f3tesis.&nbsp;Como grupo investigador hemos realizado estudios en esta \u00e1rea y queremos seguir contribuyendo con la entrega de evidencia para la toma de decisiones cl\u00ednicas con un enfoque&nbsp;interdisciplinario&#8221;, comenta Ortu\u00f1o.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.uandes.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-1-1-1024x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-314994\" style=\"width:424px;height:auto\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Duniel Ortu\u00f1o.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/investigadores.uandes.cl\/es\/projects\/estudio-de-asociaci%C3%B3n-entre-la-hipercolesterolemia-suprafisiol%C3%B3gi\"><em>Estudio de asociaci\u00f3n entre la hipercolesterolemia suprafisiol\u00f3gica del embarazo y esteatosis hep\u00e1tica metab\u00f3lica<\/em><\/a><\/strong>, presentado por Paula Correa Frigerio de la Facultad de Medicina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En palabras de Correa, el proyecto busca evaluar la relaci\u00f3n entre los niveles elevados de colesterol en el plasma materno durante el tercer trimestre con el desarrollo de h\u00edgado graso durante el postparto, utilizando un instrumento llamado elastograf\u00eda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Esto ser\u00e1 realizado en pacientes en su puerperio entre los 18 y 30 meses postparto.
