El proyecto, financiado por <strong>Fondecyt de Iniciaci\u00f3n 2025<\/strong>, examinar\u00e1 ocho a\u00f1os de implementaci\u00f3n de esta normativa que busca dignificar la profesi\u00f3n docente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n combinar\u00e1 m\u00e9todos cuantitativos y cualitativos para obtener una comprensi\u00f3n integral del fen\u00f3meno. Este estudio permitir\u00e1 entender c\u00f3mo las diferentes dimensiones -individuales, organizacionales, contextuales y pol\u00edticas- influyen en las decisiones laborales de los docentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto destaca por su innovador enfoque metodol\u00f3gico que incluir\u00e1 un an\u00e1lisis cuantitativo de cohortes docentes desde 2016 hasta 2025, utilizando un modelo de historia a eventos multinivel. Adem\u00e1s, incorporar\u00e1 un estudio cualitativo con enfoque biogr\u00e1fico-narrativo, explorando las trayectorias profesionales de docentes en escuelas con distintos niveles de rotaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una de las contribuciones de esta investigaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 la actualizaci\u00f3n de datos nacionales sobre movilidad docente, un aspecto crucial para la toma de decisiones en pol\u00edtica educativa.
