The project, funded by a <strong>Fondecyt Initiation 2025 grant<\/strong>, will examine eight years of implementation of this regulation, wich seeks to enhance the status of the teaching profession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The research will combine quantitative and qualitative methods to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the phenomenon. This study will allow us to understand how different dimensions\u2014individual, organizational, contextual, and political\u2014influence teachers' employment decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project stands out for its innovative methodological approach, wich will include a quantitative analysis of teacher cohorts from 2016 to 2025, using a multilevel event history model. In addition, it will incorporate a qualitative study with a biographical-narrative approach, exploring the professional trajectories of teachers in schools with different turnover rates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the contributions of this research will be the updating of national data on teacher mobility, a crucial aspect for decision-making in educational policy.
